Health and Youth Protection Concept according to § 23 paragraph 6 for HerbalHub Social Club

Introduction

HerbalHub Social Club is committed to complying with all legal requirements in the area of health and youth protection. This concept describes the measures that will be taken

to meet the legal requirements according to § 23 paragraph 6 and to ensure that the health and well-being of our members, especially the youth, are protected.

1. Registration and Age Verification

1.1 Registration

  • Each new member will be registered in the system and must provide complete information regarding their name, date of birth, address, and contact details (email and phone number).

  • Registration takes place in person at the club upon presentation of a valid photo ID for age verification.

1.2 Age Verification

  • Before final admission to the club, the age of each member will be carefully checked by our staff.

  • Members under 18 years of age will not be admitted under any circumstances.

  • Members between the ages of 18 and 21 are subject to special protection measures (see

    Section 3).

2. Documentation and Monitoring of Distribution

2.1 Distribution Documentation

  • Every distribution of cannabis products will be documented through our system 420cloud. This includes recording the batch number and the quantities received by each member.

  • The documentation also includes the type of products (flowers, hash, cuttings, seeds) and their THC content.

2.2 Quantity Monitoring

  • Monthly consumption quantities will be documented separately for each member by type of cannabis.

  • Our system checks in real-time whether the legal maximum quantities are being adhered to and prevents the distribution of quantities that would exceed them.

3. Special Protection Measures for Young People (18-21 Years)

3.1 Limited Quotas

  • Members aged 18 up to and including 21 years may receive a maximum of 30g of cannabis per month.

  • Products intended for this age group may not exceed a THC content of 10%.

3.2 System Controls

  • Our system 420cloud only allows the addition of products to the cart that comply with the limited quotas and THC limits.

  • The dispensing staff can only select products for distribution after age verification that meet legal requirements.

4. Staff Training

4.1 Training Program

  • All employees receive regular training in health and youth protection.

  • Training topics include legal requirements, internal policies, as well as interaction with and verification of members.

4.2 Responsibilities

  • Employees are required to conduct age verification at each distribution and ensure that the documented quantities and products meet legal requirements.

  • Violations of the guidelines will be internally reviewed and may result in disciplinary actions.

5. Health Promotion and Education

5.1 Information Materials

  • We provide our members with comprehensive informational materials that educate about the risks and responsible use of cannabis products.

  • Special informational brochures are aimed at adolescents and young adults to raise awareness about the specific risks of cannabis consumption at a young age.

5.2 Counseling

  • Members have the option to receive individual counseling from qualified staff if needed.

  • Regular workshops and informational events are offered to promote awareness of healthy and responsible cannabis use.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation

6.1 Regular Review

  • Our health and youth protection concept is regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed to comply with new legal requirements and scientific findings.

  • Feedback from members and staff is systematically collected and incorporated into the ongoing development of our concept.

6.2 Documentation and Reporting

  • All measures and their implementation are documented in detail.

  • Regular reporting to the relevant authorities is conducted to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements.
