Contribution rules
These contribution rules govern the financial matters of HerbalHub e.V.
§ 1 Association fees
(1) Membership of CSC-HerbalHub generally entails a monthly fee of €20. This amount is charged to all members without direct consideration and covers shared use of the club and ongoing basic operating costs. A one-time admission fee of €50 is also charged to cover initial operating costs and deferred costs of external partners.
(2) Members who do not receive cannabis also pay the monthly membership fee under paragraph 1. If additional administrative work arises (e.g. administrative tasks or communication), a flat administration fee of €30 per year may be charged.
§ 2 Membership contributions
(1) Each member has a personal contribution account into which contributions may be paid in accordance with paragraph 4.
(2) The credit is used exclusively to obtain cannabis products listed in the current product list.
(3) Membership contributions are tiered according to the table below. The variable costs for each tier are exempt from VAT.

§ 3 Payment methods
(1) Membership contributions may be paid in cash, by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, debit or credit card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.
(2) Payments made off site are credited to the contribution account within 48 hours.
§ 4 Contribution adjustments
(1) Contributions may only be adjusted by a resolution of the general meeting if economic developments make this necessary.
(2) Members must be notified of these adjustments at least one month before they take effect. The adjustments must not serve commercial purposes.
§ 5 Distribution limits
(1) Members aged 21 and over may receive a maximum of 25 grams per day and 50 grams per month.
§ 6 Product list
(1) Prices for cannabis products are set out in a separate product list.
(2) In consultation with the treasurer, the board may propose changes to the product list if changes in costs make this necessary.
§ 7 Entry into force
(1) These contribution rules take effect on 15 August 2024 and remain valid until the general meeting adopts new contribution rules.
